Often, due to the change in season or because of the excitement and/or stress of Christmas, our immune systems can become depleted and we fall prone to colds, coughs and the ‘flu. Simple, herbal preparations can help prevent this depletion and speed recovery. This workshop prepares you for the worst and demonstrates which herbs will support your immune system, fight the bacteria or virus as well as relieving aches and pains. During this workshop, we will also consider an overview of Terrain Theory. You will learn how to make teas and tinctures as well as chest rubs and steam inhalations, along with other techniques that our Grandmothers relied upon.
